John Mazzerle

Memories of John in his younger days are vivid to me though our family lost touch with him as the years went by. He was kind enough to visit my mother when in was visiting in PA and that meant a lot to her, I appreciated it just as I appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness in sending a card when she passed. I never had the chance to meet Uncle John in person but from our first phone conversation he made me feel as if I was a part of his family. I will always remember how kind and welcoming he was to me. I am glad that I had the chance to know him if just for a short time. He will be missed by our family but I know that the memories we have will always be cherished.

John, you will always remain in our prayer , although we never physical met you but ,in spirit we indeed felt your presence .

A wonderful person

My Uncle John was always far away geographically, by very close to my heart. His warmth and caring was always there for me, and I had a very special two weeks with him in Italy ten years ago. Of his many and varied gifts, the one that I will always cherish and remember was his gift to make me laugh with his unique dry wit.
