Dear Family, I did not know John but I saw that his nickname was Frenchy. My father used to treat me to lunch at Frenchy's Restaurant in the 60's. I remember the white tablecloths and wonderful food and service. Thank you for the lovely memories.

Uncle John! It was a true honor to know and work with you! You taught me plenty while cooking and catering. You always had a smile and would always tell you the truth, You and Star were a power couple! I am sure you setting things right in your next stage .
