Dear Colleen, I knew John from High School. He was a very dear friend of my brother, Henry Granberry, who called me with the terrible news. I had recently sent John an old picture of the High School gang and he said one of his girls had teased him about it. I remember him as a quiet, gentle soul with laser like intelligence. Dear Colleen. Shauna called me today and told me the horrible news. I was very sad to hear about John. I remember talking about guitars and music with him which seemed to be a favorite subject for both of us. Please accept our condolences.
