Dr. John Charles McAdams

John had courage and insight few others do, especially today, yet was always warm and welcoming. A rare combination. A rare man. He will be missed. I pray for the repose of his soul and the consolation of the McAdams family.

I was a student of John's in the early 1980's. His Poli Sci course was my favorite course at Marquette even though I majored in business. I just learned of his death as I have a relative who passed away and also at Krause. I was very supportive and proud of John's challenge to the university and win at the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. The family should know he was an inspiration to his students and to principled people everywhere as he taught and then fought for constitutional principle...

My son Zach played sports with his son John in Shorewood. My sympathy to your family in the loss of a smart and caring man.

I am deeply sorry for the demise of John He was a well loved and respected member of Society. His love of God was evident through out his life. I am sorry not to be able to enjoy his earthly company, but look forward to someday in heaven.
