John C. "Jack" McBRIDE

I worked with John at the box plant in the 80s. I will never forget how generous he was and what a gentleman. My fondest memory.... He bought me a vase and wrote a beautiful card. It said .... Sandy - I hope you enjoy this vase. Jim - keep it filled! Well that was at least 35 years ago and the vase sits on my TV stand. Jim and I weren´t married when I got the vase.... But we are celebrating our 34th anniversary this year. John gave good advice! My deepest sympathy to the entire family.

Jack was a true gentleman. It was my privelage to have known him. Early on before Jen & I were married he spent countless hours with Jake helping us with the house. Painting, Patching, wallpaper etc. The banter between him and Jake was uncanny, and many times made me laugh with tears. I fondly remember several golf rounds with him through the years. He was a wonderful man and an amazing uncle to Jen and great uncle to my kids. My sincere sympathy to all his family and friends. Peace and...
