Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to learn of this just now. I composed the music for John's film, Sink Or Swim, and one of the songs I composed for it, went on to become a club hit in the UK - I'm On A Holiday, by Tippi Britton. I had lost contact with John around the time he moved back to Michigan. But I remember he was very generous introducing people and giving people work on some of the trailers he would work on. I remember doing at least one for him with a full orchestra! He will always be fondly in...

I just learned this news...I am so sorry for your loss...he was my assistant at TriStar, and afterwards, a dear sweet friend...I will miss him very much...

I'm so sorry for your loss. John and I worked for Gramercy in Los Angeles at the same time and I remember him fondly. I'm shocked and saddened to learn of his passing.

Dear Tom and Wilma,
May fond memories of the past help to comfort you in your time of sorrow. Your in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm deeply sadden to learned of John McCabe passing. He was a great guy, taught me a lot in both photography & graphics. Not only a great former co-worker, but a true friend. You will be missed.

I am devastated to hear of John's passing. He was a friend, a former coworker and such a talented man. He was an inspiration and I will never forget the way he touched my life. I hope he is at peace, and I send my condolences to his entire family.

John was a great talent, collaborator and really good guy. I was so sorry to hear of his loss. I worked on him for the poster on my film "6 Month Rule" and I really enjoyed the experience.

John produced a bunch of trailers I cut when he worked at Hammer Creative. He also created the Save the Date card for my wedding last April. He was such a kind and generous man, and will be missed.

More than a great guy, John was a creative and gentle soul with so much left to offer the world. He'll be greatly missed, and we are infinitely the poorer for losing him.
