Not sure what to say?

I want to offer my condolences to the family.Coach McConathy influenced my life in such a positive way and he will always be remembered.

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants. Pslam 116:15. Well done, good and faithful servant. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I did not have the privilege of knowing Big John early in life. I will always remember his towering figure gathering me and/or another person into a huddle configuration and offerring words of kindness and always inspiration. I know the family is saddened at this time but we know he is in a better place as God has called him home. I am sorry for your loss. He will be missed by all.

Corene and family, we are saddened for the loss of John. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. We would love to be with you in person but physical impairments make this impossible. Just know how great it is to have been a member of this family and the times we enjoyed on many occasions. Love from Shirley and Unc

Our sincere condolences, and love to you all. Mr. McConathy, or as K.D. called him, "Big John," was one of the finest men I've ever know. I'd put him right behind my own Father, as the best man I've ever know. To Mike, Bill, Melinda, Pat, and to your spouses, and children, we send our love and prayers.

What a wonderful family, and a wonderful legacy Mr. McConathy left. We love, and appreciate you all.

To Corene, we give you our hearts. We know you loved him dearly, and...

I hope the wonderful memories that you all shared together will help you through this difficult time. You all remain in my thoughts and prayers.
