My kids were asking me about Jack McCrave today. I was telling them stories about what a larger than life figure he was. My Father was one of the greatest men to ever live. His accomplishments in life were truly amazing. In his youth he practiced fast draw in his basement for countless hours, thousands of rounds later he became the world champion in fast draw with a time of .18 one hundredths of a second. He joined the Navy and won many boxing matches in answer to numerous challenges by fellow navy men. He had so many interests like HAM radio and building his own power supplies and transmitters. Dearest Phyllis and family. All our sympathy go to you and your family as you go through this mourning period. It was a true blessing that he went in his sleep. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING JACK AFTER RETIRING AND MOVING FROM NEW YORK TO FLORIDA WITH PLANS TO BUILD MY HOME. JACK AND HIS SON VINCENT BUILT MY AMAZING HOME. JACK WAS A PATIENT AND KIND MAN. HE WILL BE MISSED.
