Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. McCulloch:

I always wanted to let John know how much his patients missed him when he moved. I never got the chance.

Just wanted you to know how much we respected him and we extend our condolences to you. We will miss him very much.

It was 1982 when, after one year of excruciating pain and extended bed rest, I found my way to Canada to seek help from Dr. McCulloch. I had done extensive research and knew that “he was the best”. There are many interesting stories as we made our way through Canada’s “socialized medicine” but it was worth it just to have him as my surgeon.

My surgery was one of many on that day; yet, his care was exceptional – even checking with my husband late at night to see how I was fairing....

Mrs. McCulloch & Family, please accept my sympathies on your loss. I have many fond memories of working for Dr. McCulloch during his first two years in the U.S. He always lived life to the fullest and strived to give his patients back their lives from their back pains. Whenever I hear someone speaking with a "Canadian accent," I always am reminded of him. God Bless You.

Dear Mrs. McCulloch and family,

Please accept my deepest sympathy and prayers for you and your family during this time of personal loss. I did not personally know Dr. McCulloch other than he was my surgeon for a spinal operation he performed on me in the mid 1990's. I am just another grateful patient of his. I was very sadden to hear of his passing not only because he provided me such excellant care, but also because he related to me in such a sincere and caring manner that I...

A Great Loss for all..

Some years ago I had spinal stenosis and could not walk more than thirty yards without pain. Dr. McCulloch performed a spinal fusion and decompression and when I awoke, I had no pain. For that I will always be grateful. He was a kind, considerate and wonderfully talented doctor. He will be missed.

My thoughts are with you, Barbara, at this sad time of your life. I will always remember John seeing me in the hospital and telling me he could relieve my pain. He did and I will always be grateful.

Dear Barbara and family,
Our thoughts and prayers go out to
you. We are grieving too as we
lost a neighbor, friend, and someone
we always placed in the highest regard.
As always,
Barbara & Al

Dear Mrs. McCulloch and family:
I spent six years as Dr. McCulloch's private secretary and then left to start my own family. I will never forget Dr. McCulloch or the impact he made on my life. He taught me a great deal about the medical field, patient care, insurance companies, attorneys, President Bill Clinton, and I could go on and on. It was a joy for me to write letters to the Editor with him, it lighted up "our week" whenever he sent one, waiting to see what responses he would...
