Mr. John will be greatly missed. He always had a positive outlook and a friendly smile. He taught my husband so much about air conditioning and was the best renter we have ever had. For almost 10 years he rented from us and was never late paying. He was honest and always had good things to say about his children . We will miss his friendship more than anything.
