Read MoreThough I have lost touch with Jay since retirement ,I will always remembe4 our years of lunch breaks at the post office.Also many rounds of golf as well.He had a unique sense of humor and that trait was enjoyed by many.I was saddened when I heard he passed away .I will always remember the good times.With condolences to his family.
