I had the opportunity to observe Judge McGalloway perform a wedding at the courthouse. His sincerity and insight was touching. The world has lost a very special person.

I can't count the number of times I went to his residence to obtain search warrants at all hours. Judge McGalloway was always professional and I always felt he carried himself like what we all grew up thinking a judge should be!!. He was a very impressive man!!

My condolences to the McGalloway family. My name is Dick Finn. I am the son of Dr. Huck Finn and his wife Marge. I was born in FDL in 1937. I met Peter when he was visiting at Winnebago Park.
