Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was such a southern gentleman and a pleasure to be around. He will be remembered and missed. I was glad to know him. I wish you strength and God's guidance as you get through this.

Sincerely,
Donna Barnes

Mike was a close friend during our time at Clemson. We also worked together during his days as plant manager at the Sonoco plant in Ft. Inn. It was always a pleasure to be in his company. Condolences to his family. He will be missed.

Just for you Mike. Rest easy now. Your life on this earth was full.

Mike was my brother in law and although I didn't know him well, he always had encouraging words for me and he made my sister happy. Rest easy now Mike!

Uncle Mike was a true gentleman with a big handsome smile. He was always so sharply dressed and he could always make me laugh. We never ended a conversation without an "I love you" at the end. I always enjoyed his company and our random lunch outings together. The man will surely be missed by all. I'm happy I had the opportunity to spend the time I did with him. I know we all feel that way. He always added to life; he did not subtract. I love you Uncle Mike.

Mike and I were good friends and worked together at Sonoco for over 30 years. I will always remember his outgoing personality and fun loving nature. He will be missed by all of us who had the good fortune to know him. My sympathy goes out to his family. As suggested, I will be sending a gift to the SC Flood Relief Fund as a memorial to Mike and hope many others will do so as well. The need is great.
