Not sure what to say?

I have very fond memories of Colonel John McGinn. I admire his service to our great Nation. He is a role model to me to this day. When I travel to Arlington National Cemetery I think of his outstanding service. I miss him, but he left behind an awesome legacy. God bless Colonel McGinn and his beloved family. Sincerely, Ray Celeste, Jr. Colonel, U. S. Marine Corps

Colonel McGinn was a patriot, great friend, and loved his family deeply! On Memorial Day of this year I paid my respects by visiting his grace site at Arlington National Cemetery.

I had the pleasure of working for Col. McGinn. He was wonderful man, good leader, and proud to have served his country! Col McGinn was a great balance of tough and tender. My sister and I took a liking to him right off. I'm honored to have know him- as he get yet another star in the heavens. Semper Fi Sir

On behalf of the Jesuit class of '48, we offer prayers for a true Blue Jay. He was
a credit to the school and his country.

A brave and kind man. Thank you for your service to our country COL McGinn.

Colonel John McGinn was a good friend and knew how to bring people together. He was kind and generous and loved people. I will miss him deeply. God bless him and his beloved family who he cared so much about. I will never forget the good times we enjoyed together along with his dear wife, Penny. They were a great team.

What a wonderful man. Always interested in you as an individual. Kind, generous, and caring. I'm so thankful that he shared his time and his family with me while I lived in DC. My thoughts are with them.

John was the true definition of all a great man is and can be. He set such an example by the way he lived his life in service throughout the world and also in his loving commitment to family. Sending my love and condolences to all in the family.
