Not sure what to say?

I remembered another adventure I had with Jack. When we were very small, we decided to do some camping and have a cookout. I had a six inch frying pan and several eggs. Jack got some bacon. We knew we would be spotted and stopped in the open, so we crawled in underneath the first floor porch on the back of his three decker to have our campfire. The old dried Christmas tree gave us a problem. Too many flames, and too much smoke. Fortunatley, his dad was home and put an end to our adventure...

Jack worked for me for a number of years, and we became friends. I stayed in touch with him when I retired and moved to FL. I will miss talking to him on the phone. He was a gentleman and a good friend. He had a lot of great stories to tell.

I grew up with Jack and moved west 30 years ago. I met Jack in July and spent an afternoon sharing memories and stories. I'm glad that I had the chance to do that.

I only recently reconnected with Jack after 25 or more years. I am very sorry to hear of his death. We spent many years together growing up, living three doors apart at number 16. I remember as a small boy, sharing some of my iron deficiency pills with him, telling him they were M & M's. He got sick and I got the dickens from my parents. We had many good memories together.
