As time goes we realize how fortunate we [their patients] were . John MCHUGH AND Jim Mahoney were PAIR that a full house could not beat.Again my sympathy.

The wonders he performed for Dad, both as physician and creator of the best lobster bisque in Holyoke, will always be remembered. And the innumerable laughs we saw them share will be cherished. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

John & I go back to HIghland School Kindergarden and even before a Nursery School on Cleveland Street. There never was a kinder, more good humored friend in my life. By example he showed what it meant to be a good citizen, father, and husband. The kids of my generation will keep him in their hearts for the rest of their days. My deepest sympathy to all the McHugh family. Dick & Peggy Towne

Sorry to hear about Dr. McHugh. He was a great guy and a greay doctor too. He talked about his kids and showed me pictures.
Love,Cecile and Gail Counter

My deepest sympathies to all of you. Dr. McHugh was such a big part of our family - many fond memories of you and your dear parents. I know he is with my Mom and Dad (Pop and Janet), enjoying lots of Holyoke stories. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Fondly,

To John's Loved Ones,

Jo-Anne and I send our heartfelt sympathy. We are very sorry for your loss. John and Ann were genuine jewels for Holyoke across many years. They will both be sorely missed. Our community is a better place because of John & Ann.

First his Dad and then John were our Family physicians, and we couldn't have been better served!

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time.

Jack & Jo-Anne Sbrega

My deepest sympathy to your family. ----Kate Burke-Simonds
