FORT WORTH, Texas - John F. McIntosh, 83, of Fort Worth, formerly of Hathaway, Mont., died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, at his home.

Services were held Oct. 2, at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel in Fort Worth. Burial was in Laurel Land Memorial Park.
