To the family and friends of my fellow airmen, John was and always will be a GIANT amongst us. His integrity was stellar at Joint Base Charleston and from what I have read, it was the same in all aspects of his life. I believe John's picture above tells the true story of his life. "Service Before Self"! He now watches over us from the stars encouraging us to be our best. Soar on John your Spirit will live on forever in the lives of all whom your path crossed in this life.

My deepest condolences to you on the passing of John. I worked with John in the Air Force Reserve for many years where he was a member of our Career Advisor team. He was quiet, compassionate, funny and a true gentleman.

John will live on in cherished memories and I will forever be thankful for our friendship. I pray you will find comfort during this difficult time.

John worked for our company (Premier Logistics) for many years. He was always so kind and respectful. He worked hard everyday. We miss seeing him on a daily basis. Was a pleasure to serve with such a humble and quiet man. May John's family find peace and comfort from cherished memories and the Lord's word guide you during this time of loss.

I worked with John in our Air Force Reserve unit at CAFB. We were friends for many years and he was certainly one of my favorite people to serve with. There were many conversations both serious and humorous amongst the group of people we socialized and worked with. John was a pleasure to be around and he was dedicated to the service of his country.
