Not sure what to say?

Dear Jane and family,

We were sadden to hear about John. He played a large part in many of our important family events; our wedding, the baptism of our daughters. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.

With sympathy,

Jim and Betsy (Fertig) Laury

I was so sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew him when he was our Chaplain at Country Meadows of Bethlehem! He was full of fun & always had a kind word for everyone he met. I always enjoyed talking to him! May he R.I.P.

Jeannie Trager, Bethlehem

We send our condolences for the loss of John, who was truly a remarkable man, one whose voice was important for his flock, and will now be sadly missed. Our love goes out to the entire family.

My sympathies to the family - I knew him as our chaplain at Country Meadows, and remember him fondly, especially when having lunch with him on Sundays--he LOVED desserts, and used to make his selection carefully (and often more than one!). He was a comfort to our residents.

In my 18 years as pastor of Church of the Manger, I was always thankful for the work John did there as interim and for the support of this good and faithful servant.

Dear Jane,
I am sorry to hear of John's passing. I will always remember the kindness and special effort and counseling I received when my son passed. You both held my heart in your hands and I will forever be greatfull to your both. May God grant you the solace in your time of grief for he is great. John will always hold a special place in my heart, and I know he is with Jesus now. God bless.
