He could win over even the most cranky, upset customer with his humour and quick wit. There were some people that absolutely refused to deal with anyone except for John. He will be missed by so many.

What a great tribute to our Uncle John for his life,great humor and especially his love of family.
We all loved him very much and will miss him more than I want to think,he was a very special part of our lives.
Unfortunately we did not get to say goodbyes but I'm sure he knows we will think of him often.
