Dear John , Sue and Ann, you are lucky to have had such wonderful parents. Your Dad was such a charming man and so well loved out here in Watsonville. He was funny and fun-loving, just like Margaret. I know that all three of you have passed that legacy on to your families and chosen spouses just as wonderful as you and your parents. I am sorry for your loss and know how painful it is. I hope you take comfort in knowing that so many loved your Dad and have such fond memories of him. My God...

I knew Mr. McPike from when I worked at SLO City Storage and looked forward to seeing him each month. When I'd ask him how he was, he would say "I'm looking down at the daisies instead of up" but I think he's probably still looking down on them from Above.
My condolences to his family. I knew his family was important because he always talked about them.
