I remember when I first began my job as a secretary in the DA's Office. Mr. Meehan was kind and welcoming; he helped me feel at ease. I had a large amount of respect for him; and truly enjoyed working for him. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

What a great man Jack was. It was a pleasure working for him and knowing him. He was a kind and caring person. You will be missed Mr Meehan! Bob and Yvonne Ayres

Condolences to the Meehan family, Jack's training and guidance put Alameda County Law Enforcement head and shoulders above the rest of the country. I looked forward to each Point of View Issue.

Sincere condolences to the family of John Jack Meehan. May you be comforted in knowing that our Heavenly Father cares for you. He will give you strength and courage to cope with your grief. (Psalm 94:17-19)
