Not sure what to say?

I also had the pleasure of working with John at BMC. He was a great man and counselor. I was so sad to hear of his passing. I extend my heart felt sadness and sympathy to his family. He was way too young to to have left this earth.

I had the incredible pleasure of working with John for about 2 years at Baystate in the inpatient psychiatry department. He was always a wonderful person to have contact with in the morning with, as I worked the night shift....always greeted me with a smile, a hello, asked how my night had been personally and how my interactions with the pations had been over the night. John Metro was flat out a great guy. I had the good fortune to work closely with John at the C.C. of Wilbraham. John cared deeply for the Club and our 320 members. We played a lot of golf together and he was always a classy gentleman and friend. John occasionally could hit a bad shot, but his attitude was always that the cup was 1/2 full, not 1/2 empty. And, by the way, he did it with a smile. I believe there is a life lesson in there for all of us.

So sorry to hear about John's passing.
