Dear Fran and Family:

Jeff and I just found out last night, August 25, about John's passing. You can just imagine our surprise and sadness upon hearing this. We both certainly hope that you and your children are doing okay and please know that if you need any help with anything, please don't hesitate to ask. We enjoyed the evening we finally got together and are only sorry that it did not happen more often. You and John are great neighbors. You and your family are in our prayers.
