Aunt Helen, Jay, Terry, Janis and Brendan -- Stan and I were so very
saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle John. He was such a great
husband, father and grand father. A true gentle man who holds a

Dear Helen and the Miggins clan --

The Sullivans share in mourning the loss of a great man. My father didn't have too many heroes, but John Miggins was one of them. In his memoirs, he recounted their first meeting:

"Near the end of the first long block, on the right side was the Miggins' house. It was all white, with shingled roof and a light blue trim around the windows. It was fantastic. It looked so big. It had a porch that wrapped around the front and right...

To Miggins Family: So sorry to hear of your loss. We remember him as a gentle and quiet man throughout the years of Irish step dancing. God Bless you.
