What a beautiful soul we lost! John was such a devoted and loving father grandfather and husband. He left this world way too soon. RIP John you are missed.

I had the pleasure of knowing John while driving for Steelcase Retiree group. A wonderful gentleman who always had a joke and a smile. We miss you John

A good man... smart dude always with the right touch of humor. I´ll never forget the twinkle in his eye! RIP John!

I knew John when I was a driver for Aviation. If you needed help, John was the man. He all ways had a great sense of humor. Sorry for the family's lost.

Sympathy to you and the kids, Alana. His obituary said so beautifully who he was. Prayers and hugs Nancy Erffmeyer

Alana and family. I remember John as a child and his silly personality. He always kept us kids entertained. Though I didn´t see him in adult life I still remember you both so in love with each other. He is in a peaceful place now so let your memories bring you all many smiles.

Alana and family, It is hard to express what to say at times like this. Your family was so close. I know all of you will have wonderful memories of vacations spent together , races ran together, and numerous events . I met you when Garrett and Mya were in pre-school on the E. Beltline and we have been friends since then. John always had a smile on his face and was so easy to talk too. You were so devoted to each other and you never failed to be with John through these trying years. John...

Alana, your love & dedication to John is a love we all wish for & is truly inspiring. It was an honor to care for John. I will miss his wit & sense of humor, bringing him treats & sweets and greeting him with a smile saying "hey buddy". My thoughts and prayers are with you, Garett, Brodie & family. He will be greatly missed!!!
