To Mr. Minter's family and friends,
I am so sorry to read about the passing of Mr. Minter. He and Ms. Betty were very good friends of my Mom and Dad (Thomas and Mary Mathis--both of whom are deceased). Our families went on many picnics and fishing outings. They were Lways so nice and he always said I was like his daughter.
