Not sure what to say?

Family and friends alike agree that Johnny Miranda was one of a kind. It would be hard to find another person who was as generous, as gracious or as positive as Uncle Johnny. He was also the "host with the most". Any time you visited his home you felt welcome and at home. If a guest needed something that was not on hand, a nod of his head and the passing of car keys assured the needed item would be available soon. That was the Johnny Miranda way (Aunt Jen that does not exclude...

We knew Mr. Miranda when Melissa and Patrick were married. He truly was a fine old gentleman. We always felt that Melissa's grandparents and Aunts and Uncles did a super job when called upon by life's circumstances. We have continued to ask about the family and were so pleased to hear of the great-grandson James Michael Motta. I know he is very loved little boy. Mrs. Miranda, we pray that you know the peace of God that passes understanding. We know his passing will be a tremendous void...

Twenty six years ago, I married into this family. When Debbie and I said, "I do", I did not know that in addition to her, I was marrying about 100 of her closest family memebers and friends. Being from a family of 4, family events were often a bit overwhelming with all the aunts, uncles, cousins, kids and boyfriends passing by with food and drinks and pictures and stories. But, I always knew that whatever the occassion, Uncle Johnny would be there, sitting in the middle of it all with a...

My Uncle Johnny was truly one of a kind. A wonderful husband, father, friend and uncle. At every family event, we were always eager to see what Uncle Johnny and Aunt Jen had on--they had an amazing sense of style together. Uncle Johnny will be dearly missed by me, my sisters and mother and all of our cousins, aunts and uncles. My prayers are with my Aunt Jen, her children, grandchildren--the entire Miranda clan. I love you all and in closing, will say, when I think of the greeting Uncle...

My deepest sympathy in the news of Mr Miranda's death - May he be at peace. I am the grandmother of Troy Jacobs who spent many happy hours with Mark and and am deeply saddened by Mark' loss.

I went to school and knew John Miranda Jr. My father also had a business in downtown Dallas when that was the only place you went shopping; I miss all of those stores downtown including your Dad's shoe store.
I just want to let the family know that I am thinking about them.

Dear Aunt Gen and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Miss seeing the family.
Love,
Kris-Ann

There are so many, many wonderful stories about the life of my father, Johnny Miranda; he was one of a kind. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. My Dad was a connoisseur of restaurants which led to his successfull career as a Business Broker specializing in the sale of restaurants. Who could forget his famous statement, "That was the finest meal I've ever had" - I could go on and on with his stories, but there are so many of you who have a personal story about him that I thought...
