Grandpa on 3/13/86

My grandpa was a truly amazing man. He loved his family, regardless of the things they did, and cared for those around him deeply. He had such an amazing sense of humor that I will never forget. He also had his funny, and deep disgust, for anything "foul" or those "little green trees". I'll miss bantering back and forth with him at the Saturday night dinners with Chris. I love you, I miss you and I'll miss your personality. Say hi to grandma.

He was kind, even tempered and generous to a fault. Juggling six kids is a herculean task for even the stoutest of hearts. He made it all look so easy. Even though we now...

John you were a very kind and dear friend to our family. My brother will miss you deeply, and Chris Phillips which is my mom, she will miss seeing you and enjoying your company. You will be missed at our family B-B-Q's. Love Torrie, Kim and our family.

You are gone from my life now but not from my life and memories. I will miss you always but I will have the love and strength you raised all of us with to help me go thru the remainder of my life without you. Say hi to mom and grandpa for me. Love Patty.
