Not sure what to say?

I feel blessed to have known a fine man like John, including his family.

I have many find memories of my "other" father, since I virtually lived in the Monroe home during my high school years. Mr. Monroe was elegant, smart, distinguished, and learned. As a teenager, I mostly valued his warmth and humor. As an adult, I appreciate all the rest. I will miss him often and deeply.

Rosemary, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers - John was a very bright light in our city and world.

Dear Monroe family,
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, and am sending love and hugs at this very difficult time.
