So sorry to hear this. I was talking to Frank and Elaine yesterday and they told me that Jay had passed away. I was shocked. I had just recently corresponded with Jay for a donation for the MS Society for the bike ride I have been doing for almost 30 years. We emailed about Potomac Green, Ashby Ponds and The Redskins.
