To say that Doc, as I liked to call him, was a pillar in the community that was fortunate enough to claim him as a member, would be a gross understatement. He was a gorgeous tree of a man, anchoring those around him, casting a loving and benevolent shade all around. I had the privilege of knowing him since I was a child. Dear Morfas Family. We are saddened to hear of Dr. John´s passing. I have so many great memories and amazing times shared over the years. One that had me falling off my chair laughing was one of our Canada trips where Dr. John threw a frog into our salad just as we we sitting down to eat our catch. His humor was infectious.
