Sorry for your loss. I believe that Roger was a friend of my in-laws Thomas and Rita Sullivan. I had the pleasure of meeting Roger on a few occasions. What a gentleman!

I first met Roger with Alice when he came riding down Dudley Avenue on his bike right up to where we were sitting on Alice's front steps and introduced himself some 70 years ago. I have very fond memories of Roger especially as my dance partner when we Sunnyside teenage kids got together on Saturday nights for a night of pepsi, potato chips and playing songs of the fifties. They are wonderful memories and Roger plays a big part of them.

My deepest condolences to John's family; he was a wonderful person, always willing to help if he could. I have fond memories of John during my time at Staten Island Savings Bank. He always arrived for a Board meeting with a joke and a smile. May he rest easy.

It was a genuine pleasure to be Roger´s friend. He was a gentleman and provided many a laugh with his dry wit. We will forever miss him in this world!
