John was born on November 8, 1954 and passed away in July 2019. John was a resident of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Scranton and a 1981 graduate of Georgetown University's School of Medicine. Funeral Services will take place at the Green Ridge Assembly of God Church, 825 Green Ridge St. in Scranton, on Wednesday, July 17th at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow afterwards. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, July 16 in the Solfanelli-Fiorillo Funeral Home Inc., 1030 N. Main Ave. Scranton from 5:00?7:00 p.m. Memorial Donations may be made out to the Green Ridge Assembly of God 825 Green Ridge St. Scranton, PA 18509.

I haven't seen or talked to Johnny in years I always considered him a good friend. When we were kids we would meet up at Nay Aug swimming pool and he would attempt to teach me how to dive. I must say he did teach me a lot till it came to any backward dives. I can still picture he laughing as I would come up out of the water after landing flat on my back from the high dive.
