Jack, you were indeed a one of a kind, and I will miss you everyday until we meet again. You were the most loving, giving and beatiful person that everyone in this world should be, and that my little ones were cheated out of knowing. Watch over us and come visit me from time to time. My heart aches that your gone, but I know your with grandma & grandpa and your happy & at peace. I will love and miss you and you will never be forgotten. xxoo Lisa

Thinking of you and your family on this day. May you be comforted by those that surround you and the memories that abound you. You were loved by many. Jack keep laughing, I remember all the fun we had! Sorry we could not get together sooner.

To my loving brother, I will always miss you and all of the good times that we shared, you were a wonderful father, husband and uncle to my children and they will also never forget you. You may be gone and with Mom and Dad and other family members but you will never be forgotten. Someday we will be together again. I love you Jack.
Love forever,

We are thinking of our brother and friend with loving memories and lasting laughter. Jack will always live in our hearts and bring a smile to our face. We have a special angel now in heaven; where we know he is surrounded with love and warmth as he loved to surround others.
