I had the privilege of playing for the Murph-led Rockets from 1973-1976. He was a great gentleman first and a quality coach as well. Some of my best life memories were in those Toledo years, both on the gridiron and in working summers at Seaway. A beautiful family as well, my sincere condolences to Karen and all the family.
