Not sure what to say?

To Connie and Family, My Sincere Thoughts and Prayers are with you in your time of grief. Jack was most likely The NO. 1 fan of Cedar Cliff Sports programs. Having either taught or coached all of the sons, I got very familiar with Jack. I always enjoyed our conversations. His input into the New Cumberland community will endure forever. His presence will be greatly missed. Blessings to his Family. Former teacher and coach Bill Jones.

Mr. Murray´s life was indeed one that was well lived. I wish I could convey just how much he meant to me, because it was more than he could ever know. He was truly one of a kind, and his commitment to public service and those around him will never be matched. I hope I can live to be half of the man that Jack Murray was. The stories that he told me on West Shore Stadium and in his "man-cave" will be things that I never forget. Mrs. Murray, if there is anything that my family and/or I can do...

A life well lived is absolutely how I would say Mr. Murray lived his. I wish I could truly state how much he meant to me. He was one of my favorite people in the world. Many of the lessons he taught me at West Shore Stadium were so much more than how to kick a field goal. He was truly one of I kind, and I know that so many will miss him. Mrs. Murray and family, if there is anything that my family can do for yours, please do not hesitate to let us know. May peace be with you and the entire...

Jack Murray was a great man, ready and willing to step in and help where needed. His many contributions to New Cumberland Borough made the community a better place. Connie I´ll be praying for your comfort and peace as you grieve a wonderful man

I had the pleasure of knowing Jack for a number of years and always valued his opinion. New Cumberland Borough will not seem the same without him.

Our deepest sympathies to the Murray family. Thanks for the memories, Jack.

Deepest sympathy to Connie and the family of John (Jack) Murray. My family moved to New Cumberland from Lemoyne in 1966. My sons became involved in the baseball program in town, as did I. Loved the years living in town, all the wonderful people in this great community and Mr. New Cumberland himself. Mary (Mercurio) Snyder

To the Family: I'm saddened by the news of Jack´s passing. Please accept my sympathies. While coaching football together at Cedar Cliff, I realized Jack always had a "story" many of which were legendary. I´m thankful for those times we shared. Hold onto the memories you have for comfort & strength.

Jack is a National Treasure. He always thought of others and had great impact in the lives of so many. I miss his stories, his laugh and his love. God bless you dear Jack!
