Not sure what to say?

Dear Murren Family
My family shares your loss. I was a classmate of Johns at Loyola and the recipient of several "midnight raids." I will always think of him as a genuine person with a quick wit and a warm smile for everyone. Peace to you all.
The White Family

Dear Murren Family,
We were very sad to hear about the death of Dr. Murren. He treated my husband for small cell lung cancer and cured him. That was eleven years ago. We will never forget him.
Thank you Dr. Murren

To the Murren Famiy,
I am the Social Worker on the Oncology Unit at Yale and in my role have worked closely with John in caring for his patients over the last few years. He was a wonderful, intelligent, kind man who cared greatly for his patients and he will be sorely missed by all. Not a day has gone by without many people including myself expressing their sadness for his loss. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.

Dear murren family,
As my husband Alan and I found out the news we were very shocked and hurt in our hearts. My husband says how do you repay someone who saved your life? He was a very special person and always will be in our lives. Dr. Murren gave and saved. God Bless you and your family.

Dear Jean and family,
We were very sorry to hear of the loss of John. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Terry, Sarah and Dave Jr.

I will never forget the first time I met John Murren in a meeting for medical school. I thought, wow-to be inside that man's brain must be amazing-he had so many brilliant ideas! A few years later, I ended up becoming his research coordinator and friend. John was undoubtedly the kindest, caring man who did his best for the patients and produced amazing research. There are so many wonderful memories, laughs, and stories to reflect upon, which at some point will help ease the pain of this loss....

Dear Murren Family,
It was with great sadness and shock that I heard the news of John's passing.I had the privilege of working with him closely, sharing in the management of our mutual patients. He was always there, being most generous with his great fund of knowledge and remarkably even in the midst of his busy work schedule, with his valuable tme.His humility and humanism were only matched by his intelligence.I shall surely miss him as a friend and colleague;the oncology community has...

Dear Murren Family,

No words can express how sorry we are to have heard of John's passing. In the short time we knew and spent time with John in Las Vegas, we know he was a remarkable human being. Please know we are thinking and Praying for you.
