Dear Aunt Elsie, CeCe and Jackie: I'm so sorry about Uncle Johnny. He was one of my favorite Uncles and though we didn't get to see each other very often all of you are always in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss him so much. I remember telling him about Bob when you were back in Cedar Rapids some 29 or 30 years ago. What a sad moment it was for me to see that John had passed away. I have such fond memories of this fine gentleman, as I was his barber for many years.
John and I had some wonderful conversations, now and then shared a joke, and I feel truly honored to have been able to call him "friend".
