We served together in the NYS Assembly.
Brian was a colleague , a friend, and [briefly] a good neighbor. A reformer, he went on to do pioneering work in Drug Court. As the daughter of a WWII Mariner, I was pleased and grateful to join in Brian's annual Legislative Resoluton honoring our Merchant Seamen; and continuing Brian's tradition ,when he left. ......
.He will be remembered.
