I am greatly saddened by the passing of John. He was a great friend and colleague whom I respected very much. He was highly respected both as an accomplished educator and administrator by all of us who knew him. His love for his family, and his passion for his children at North Mesa Elementary was unprecedented.
John graduated from Pueblo County High. He was an outstanding student and athlete. He was a “Hornet” fan throughout his life and attended many athletic events booth home...
