I already signed the guestbook but I guess it does not hurt to add. I was on the Pawtucket Police Dept. when Judge Mutter was the Municipal Court Judge. He used to sit in the front office of the station and talk to us police officers. When I got married he performed the ceremony.

Rest in Peace Judge Mutter. You were a force to be reckoned with

A Justice of honor, a friend to be cherished, and a warm memory forever.

Our deepest sympathies to the family of Judge Mutter. I worked with him in Providence Family Court and he was so respected by his peers and he was a pleasure to have known. He always had a smile on his face. Sorry for your loss.

Dear Bonnie, I heard from Alma about John's passing just before Christmas. I'm so sorry for your loss. I was really appreciative of you both coming to my mom's memorial in June. Thinking of you at this sad time.
