I extend my very sincere sympathy to the Neff family. I served as Director of Investigations for the Regulatory Boards in the Dept. of Commerce and Insurance for the State of TN when John served as Commissioner for that Dept. It was an honor for me to serve under his supervision as he was a man of great integrity as well as a wonderful people person. May he now "Requiescat in Pace".
