I'm pretty much in shock as I just found out that John passed away. He was more than just a collegue, he was a friend to myself and to the Washington State Association of of Permit Technicians. John help our association in so many ways. He also helped me when my building offical, Ken Korshaven passed away almost 4 years ago. My symathy and prayers go out to all of his family.

John was a very nice guy who was very professional in his duties and treated everyone with respect. I had the priviledge of working with him on occasion and he always had a friendly smile and hello to greet you.
