Not sure what to say?

He was a great man. He was always welcoming at the fire house and willing to teach others things when they asked. He'll be greatly miss.

Aunt Carol and Linda,

I remember the great times we all had down at the beach, the Assateague sand getting 'everywhere,' the crabs, the boardwalk, the wonderful times. He'll be sorely missed yes, but what truly wonderful times we lived together. God Bless and know that I'm praying for you now - right now.

Carol & Linda, we are indeed sorry for your loss. John will be greatly missed by the entire community. His committment to public safety and involvement in many aspects of life in Dauphin County is inspirational. I have always enjoyed our association through the fire and ems services going back to the mid seventies. May you find peace during this time knowing that your husband and father was a wonderful example of selfless
service to others. Doug & Gaylene Edmondson

We approached Grantville Fire Company with the idea of establishing a quick medical response unit over 30 years ago. John's leadership made that valuable service to the community possible. My sympathy to his family.

Linda and Family,
God bless you all in this agonizing time. I pray that your faith provides the support that you need to move forward. Your dad sounds amazing! You are in our prayers.

One of the old timers in Fire and Emergency Management, he really know how deal with and interact with other. We all could learn something from the way he did business. He will be missed.

My prayers are the family,

Ron Krosnar
