Today is the 1 year anniversary of John's passing. One year ago, you lost a great husband and father. We all lost an amazing friend.
We miss him and think of him every day.
We are honored to be a part of your lives and see John through all of you.

There were no possible words last year to say to you when John left this world-only memories, prayers, and hope in the promises God has made to us. He promises us eternal life with Him through faith in His son, Jesus Christ; therefore, we rejoice knowing that someday your complete family will be reunited. And what a reunion it will be!
Until then, we thank you for the opportunities this past year to live out our faith together as did that...

It has been a year....and at this key time of remembrance and reflection, we want you all to know, you are a remarkable family! You have all grown in so many ways over the past year. John is proud of you...for all you have done, and all you will accomplish.
We miss him too, chats over the fence, climbing fourteeners, running the Bolder Boulder, last minute BBQ's on a warm summer night.
The truly wonderful thing is that we see in all of you kids...

Over this past year there has been so many times we have missed John. We were so lucky to have been his friends, and to have shared many times with you all as a family. Behren and I still talk about things we did with John, some of our favorites are the day we all spent in Breckinridge with all the kiddos on bikes (that was a work out just keeping up with them all!) The BBQs at your house, watching the tour de France on TV with John, and of...

Hello Kim and family, I have thought of John and your family numerous times this past year. It is still so hard to fathom he is gone. I hope the best for you and your family. Take Care ~ Michele

As one year passes by I pray for your dear family to hug each other knowing that your dear daddy gave you so much hope and inspiration to live by. Through your stories about him I now know what a wonderful man he was. You all are dear to my heart and I pray for you all every night. I love you all!

Dearest Kim & family, I was sure I signed this book a year ago, but can't find it. I just wanted you to know that even though a year has gone by since John's death, he is not out of our minds, or our hearts. We think of him often and this time of year just brings him closer.
