John came to mind today. I had the good fortune to work with John during our broadcast days at WEWS during the night shift. He was a good man and a good co-worker. To this very day I can recall job related advice that he gave me as I was starting out professionally-- and I have found his advice as sound today, as it was back then. As I write this, I think of him warmly as I recall his wonderful sense of humor. I'm sorry these condolences come rather late-- however, my thoughts and prayers...

John was a wonderful person. I did not work with him directly but when IT support was needed we touched base and got things completed. He gave me his last video for the college Hi-Viz system that I keep to remember him with. May all of his Family and Friends be truly blessed, always. Even after 4 years the hallways at East near the LRC seem empty without him there.

Dear Jen, April, Taylor, Alec, and Jordan: I have been away from Tri-c now for almost three years but worked there with your loving husband and dad for five years. I am sad to hear of his passing almost a year later. He and I were oatmeal and coffee buddies, often meeting to discuss the issues of the college and life. I just learned of John's passing and am so sorry for your loss. I worked with John on a project for International Education Week at Tri-C East a few years ago, and I will never forget his kind patience with my English as a Second Language students. John touched lives, and he left us too soon. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
