John H. Nicolai Jr.

John was my little brother in Lambda Chi Alpha and Alpha Psi fraternities at Cornell. He was a farmer, cattleman and outstanding judge of dairy cattle. We kept up an intermittent friendship until shortly before his final illness. He was a unique and irreplaceable friend, and there is a void in my heart that will remain there, forever. The last time we met, he took Sue and I on a tour of Thomas Jefferson's estate. We made plans to meet in ND, on a cost-country bicycle trip he was planning for...

I first met John the fall of '54 when he was a entering freshman at Cornell Univ.We lived and worked on one of Cornell's dairy farms while attending classes.He was alot of fun and a good person to work with.I sure those characteristics remain with him thoughout his life.

He gave me life and hope, but his death took everything from me, from the button of my heart i love you, Jerika Davidson.. A wife to be, but you are deceased..

Never will i forget you, i keep remembering and may our soul rest in peace
