The news of Michael's death caught me off guard. The last time I visited Ray was a few years; so,I did not know Michael was ill. Ray did tell me that the people at Portland Pipe loved him, he could do no wrong. I'm sure that his customers felt the same. Anyone can learn a job, it is how you treat your customers that really counts. He must have made a lot of friends
