To the O'Connell family from his former Western Union co-workers.

I, Frank Senner, a former co-worker of John at the Drummond Rd Plant facility and I currently run the local Philly W.U retirees luncheon, have heard from many of John's former co-workers and they have, through me, extended their most heartfelt condolences to your family. We all respected John and enjoyed our time working with him for years at Western Union.

To John's family... Today was a sad day that we confirmed that John was indeed the great guy that we all had worked with over the years. I personally had contact with John, whenever someone in my group needed help - technically. Good Ole' John was the "GO TO" guy when it was
beyond our ability to fix IT.
Please take solace that John had many co-workers that enjoyed his friendship and help.

John, no doubt, is in a better place - probably fixing something for the Angels !

Dear Erna, Rick and I want to express our deepest sympathy in the loss of John. He was a quiet, great man. We loved the times during the wine tours with many laughs. You are always in our prayers and thoughts, love, Rick and Ann

ERNA, MOM AND I HAVE WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF BEING YOUR NEIGHBORS ON SILVER AVENUE IN WILLOW GROVE. WE ARE SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT JOHN. OUR THOUGHTS AND OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU.

We are sorry to hear about your loss. We are thinking of your entire family and wishing you all well during this difficult time.

Dear Erna, I'm sorry to hear of my cousin John's sudden death. He was such a good friend to my father, Tom Ferguson, and to all of us. John came to see us many years ago when we first moved to Ohio and it was wonderful having a visit from home. He will be remembered with much affection. Fondly, Mary Jo Booker

So sorry to hear about your loss. Jack the girls and I always enjoyed the time we we got to spend with Mr. O'Connell.
Take care,
Yeakel Family

Dear Erna, I am so sorry for loosing 'Old John'. We have called him that since we were in our early 20s after your baby John was born. My heart goes out to you and my arms are around you. Love, Nan
